Augusto Ávila

Chief Technical Officer - Executive Director of Supply Chain (CSCO) Co-Owner

Augusto Ávila brings over 37 years of expertise as an agronomist and fresh flower grower, specializing in quality production and end-to-end supply chain operations in the global floral industry. As one of the pioneers in Colombia and Latin America, he has led and advised multiple export companies, successfully managing bouquet, mass-market, and wholesale floral programs.
Augusto has long served as General Manager of CI Agropecuaria Tania Kamila, holding technical and operational leadership positions in several associated companies. Under his direction, he has supported over 1,500 workers, driving efficiency, sustainability, and social responsibility in Colombian flower production. Today, as Co-Owner of Arcadia Farms, Augusto continues his legacy by producing and exporting premium fresh flowers with a focus on durability, sustainability, and adaptable supply chains that foster customer satisfaction and community development.

Rob Ybarra

Chief Sales Officer & Co-Owner

Rob Ybarra is a seasoned professional with over 45 years in the produce and floral industry. He has held key executive roles at major U.S. retailers including HEB, Rouses, Coborn’s, and Lowe’s Pay and Save. Rob has served as Regional Director of Floral for HEB South Texas, Director of Floral for Coborn’s, and Director of Floral for Lowe’s Pay and Save. He has received multiple industry honors, including The Packer Top 25, NGA Marketer of the Year (2016), and was recently appointed to the Hass Avocado Board of Directors.
Beyond retail, Rob brings extensive experience in wholesale and supply chain management. He previously served as Executive Vice President at Villita Avocados, one of the top ten avocado importers from Mexico, Peru, and Colombia. Currently, Rob is the President of Chico Produce LLC and proudly serves as Chief Sales Officer and Co-Owner of Arcadia Farms.

Roly Martinez

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Owner

Roly Martinez has over 35 years of experience in the floral import industry, having held senior leadership roles at leading companies including Vice President of Sales at CCI Farms and Dole Fresh Flowers, and later COO and Co-Owner of 4 Seasons Growers Inc. He has managed complex global supply chains, built strong grower partnerships, and ensured the seamless delivery of millions of stems to major mass-market retailers across North America.
Roly now serves as COO and Co-Owner of Arcadia Farms, where he oversees operations and logistics, streamlining every stage from harvest to distribution to ensure high-quality flowers reach global markets efficiently.
